Ambassador T&Cs
Effective Date: 11 September 2026
These Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to participation in the THAT’S SO FETCH Ambassador and Creator Program (“Program”).
The Program is operated by THAT’S SO FETCH Pty Ltd and/or its related entities (“THAT’S SO FETCH”, “TSF”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By applying to, joining or continuing to participate in the Program, you (“Creator”, “Affiliate” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- provide accurate registration and payment information;
- comply with these Terms and any campaign-specific instructions provided by TSF;
- maintain accounts and content that are appropriate for association with the THAT’S SO FETCH brand; and
- comply with applicable advertising, disclosure and consumer laws.
Approval into the Program is at TSF’s discretion.
TSF may approve, decline, suspend or remove a Creator from the Program at any time in accordance with these Terms.
2. Affiliate Links and Codes
Approved Creators may receive:
- a unique Affiliate Link;
- an Affiliate Code;
- creator-only shopping or product codes; and
- other tracking methods approved by TSF.
Affiliate Links and Codes are issued to the individual Creator and may only be promoted in accordance with these Terms.
Creators must not transfer, sell, license or provide their Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code to another person or business for commercial promotion without prior written approval from TSF.
3. Commission
The standard starting commission rate is 10% of Eligible Sales, unless TSF advises you of a different rate.
Creators may receive higher commission rates, temporary commission boosts or campaign-specific rates based on performance or individual arrangements with TSF.
Commission is only earned on an Eligible Sale.
Commission rates may be increased or decreased by TSF from time to time. Any change will apply prospectively once communicated to the Creator.
4. What Is an Eligible Sale?
An Eligible Sale is a genuine customer purchase that:
- is made by a genuine customer;
- is attributed through the Creator’s Affiliate Link, Affiliate Code or another TSF-approved tracking method;
- is successfully tracked through Growi or the applicable tracking platform;
- occurs within the applicable attribution window;
- is successfully paid for;
- contains eligible TSF merchandise;
- is not artificially created for the purpose of generating commission, sales, bonuses or Creator benefits;
- is not attributed through another Creator commission channel; and
- is not subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or identified as fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised.
Only Eligible Sales count toward:
- affiliate commission;
- bonuses;
- sales targets;
- gifting unlocks;
- Creator tier progression;
- commission upgrades; and
- Creator leaderboards.
5. Commission Calculation
Commission is calculated on the eligible merchandise value actually paid by the customer after discounts.
Commission is not calculated on:
- shipping or delivery charges;
- GST;
- VAT;
- sales tax;
- customs duties;
- gift card purchases; or
- other government taxes or charges.
For partial returns, commission remains payable only on eligible merchandise retained by the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returned or refunded merchandise does not generate commission.
Cancelled orders do not qualify as Eligible Sales.
If commission has already been recorded or paid on an order that is subsequently returned, refunded, cancelled or successfully charged back, TSF may reverse or offset that commission against future commission payments.
7. Fraudulent, Suspicious or Manipulated Orders
Fraudulent, unauthorised or suspicious transactions are not Eligible Sales.
Creators must not directly or indirectly create, encourage or participate in transactions designed to artificially increase:
- commission;
- attributed revenue;
- sales numbers;
- bonuses;
- Creator rankings;
- gifting eligibility;
- commission rates; or
- tier progression.
TSF may investigate unusual order or attribution activity and may temporarily hold affected commission while that investigation is completed.
8. Creator Self-Purchases
Creators cannot earn affiliate commission on purchases made through their own Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code.
Purchases made using a Creator shopping code, gifting code, staff-style discount or other Creator-specific product discount do not generate affiliate commission unless TSF expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
9. Paid Advertising — Strictly Prohibited Without Approval
Creators must not run paid advertising using, promoting or benefiting from their TSF Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code unless TSF has provided prior written approval.
This includes, without limitation:
- Google Ads;
- Google Search Ads;
- Google Shopping;
- Performance Max campaigns;
- Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads;
- Yahoo search advertising;
- paid search advertising;
- display advertising;
- retargeting campaigns;
- paid social advertising;
- sponsored listings;
- native advertising;
- paid traffic arbitrage; or
- any other form of paid media intended to generate Ambassador Program commission.
Brand Keyword Bidding
Creators must not bid on, purchase or otherwise target THAT’S SO FETCH branded search terms.
Prohibited terms include, without limitation:
- THAT’S SO FETCH;
- THATS SO FETCH;
- THATSSOFETCH;
- TSF;
- thatssofetch.com.au;
- thatssofetch.com;
- THAT’S SO FETCH product names;
- THAT’S SO FETCH campaign names;
- misspellings, variations or close variations of any TSF brand name; and
- any other TSF trademark, trading name or branded search term.
Creators must not attempt to capture customers who are already searching specifically for THAT’S SO FETCH by purchasing advertising against TSF-branded searches.
Affiliate Links and Codes in Advertising
Without prior written approval from TSF, Creators must not place their:
- Affiliate Link;
- Affiliate Code;
- Growi tracking link; or
- any URL containing Creator attribution
in any paid advertisement, tracking template, final URL, redirect URL, ad extension, sitelink or paid campaign.
Impersonating TSF
Creators must not create paid advertisements that give the impression they are an official THAT’S SO FETCH advertisement or are being run directly by TSF.
Creators must not use TSF branding, logos, trademarks or website imagery in a way that may mislead a customer into believing the Creator is THAT’S SO FETCH.
Consequences
Sales generated through prohibited paid advertising are not Eligible Sales and do not earn commission.
Where TSF reasonably determines that prohibited paid advertising has been used, TSF may:
- remove commission generated by the prohibited activity;
- reverse affected transactions;
- suspend commission payments while the matter is investigated;
- suspend the Creator’s Affiliate Link or Code;
- remove the Creator from the Program; and
- where permitted by law, forfeit unpaid commission attributable to the prohibited conduct.
Repeated, deliberate or deceptive paid advertising activity may result in immediate removal from the Program.
10. Coupon, Voucher and Deal Websites
Creators must not submit, upload, distribute or permit their Affiliate Code to be intentionally published on:
- coupon websites;
- voucher websites;
- cashback websites;
- discount-code aggregators;
- deal websites;
- browser extensions; or
- similar services
without prior written approval from TSF.
Sales generated by unauthorised posting of Creator Affiliate Codes on these services are not Eligible Sales.
If a third party has published your code without your knowledge, you should notify TSF once you become aware of it.
11. TikTok Shop and Other Commission Channels
TikTok Shop and the THAT’S SO FETCH Ambassador Program are separate Creator commission channels.
One sale = one Creator commission channel.
A Creator cannot receive TikTok Shop commission + TSF Ambassador Program commission on the same transaction.
If a Creator is eligible to receive TikTok Shop commission on a transaction, they must not deliberately use or promote their TSF Affiliate Code to generate additional TSF Ambassador Program commission from the same transaction.
Where duplicate attribution occurs, the TSF Ambassador Program commission may be removed.
Repeated or deliberate attempts to receive duplicate commission may result in suspension, removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commission attributable to the conduct.
12. Gift Cards
The purchase of a TSF gift card does not generate affiliate commission.
When a gift card is later redeemed for eligible merchandise, that merchandise purchase may qualify for commission if it is correctly attributed to the Creator at the time of purchase and otherwise qualifies as an Eligible Sale.
13. Sale and Promotional Products
Orders placed during a TSF sale or promotion can qualify as Eligible Sales unless TSF specifically excludes a campaign, product, offer or promotional period.
Commission is calculated on the eligible merchandise value actually paid after discounts.
TSF may advise Creators that particular promotions, collaborations, products or campaigns are excluded from commission.
14. Attribution and Tracking
Sales must be reasonably attributable through:
- an Affiliate Link;
- Affiliate Code; or
- another TSF-approved tracking method.
A customer stating that they saw a Creator’s content does not automatically make a transaction eligible for commission.
TSF may manually review genuine tracking issues at its discretion.
The tracking records maintained by TSF, Growi, Shopify and other applicable Program platforms will be used when determining attribution, subject to correction of genuine errors.
15. Advertising Disclosure
Creators are responsible for clearly disclosing their commercial relationship with THAT’S SO FETCH where required.
This includes appropriately identifying affiliate content, gifted products, paid partnerships and other commercial relationships in accordance with the rules applicable to the Creator and the platform on which the content appears.
Creators must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated statements about TSF products.
16. Brand and Intellectual Property
Participation in the Program does not transfer ownership of any THAT’S SO FETCH:
- trademark;
- logo;
- photography;
- video;
- website content;
- product imagery;
- graphics; or
- other intellectual property.
Creators may use approved TSF branding solely for legitimate promotion of the Program and TSF products.
Creators must not register domain names, social accounts, advertising accounts or other assets that impersonate TSF or incorporate TSF trademarks in a misleading manner.
17. Creator Content
Creators remain responsible for the content they publish.
Content promoting THAT’S SO FETCH must not:
- be false or misleading;
- make claims about a product that cannot reasonably be supported;
- infringe another person’s intellectual property;
- contain unlawful material; or
- materially damage or misrepresent the THAT’S SO FETCH brand.
Campaign-specific content requirements may be communicated separately.
18. Commission Reviews and Adjustments
TSF may review Creator performance and commission rates periodically.
Creators may:
- remain on their existing commission rate;
- receive a higher commission rate;
- move to a lower commission rate; or
- lose access to a temporary or increased commission rate.
Higher commission rates are not guaranteed permanently.
19. Withholding and Reversing Commission
TSF may withhold a commission payment while reasonably investigating suspected:
- fraud;
- attribution manipulation;
- paid advertising breaches;
- coupon-site activity;
- duplicate commission;
- self-purchases;
- chargebacks;
- suspicious transactions; or
- other breaches of these Terms.
If an investigation confirms that a sale was not an Eligible Sale, the related commission may be cancelled.
If commission relating to an ineligible transaction has already been paid, TSF may, where permitted by law, deduct the amount from future commission payable to the Creator.
20. Suspension and Termination
TSF may suspend or terminate a Creator’s participation where the Creator:
- breaches these Terms;
- engages in fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative conduct;
- misuses TSF Affiliate Links or Codes;
- runs prohibited paid advertising;
- repeatedly attempts to obtain commission on ineligible transactions;
- damages or misuses TSF intellectual property; or
- otherwise engages in conduct that TSF reasonably considers materially harmful to the Program or brand.
On termination, legitimate commission already earned on Eligible Sales before termination remains subject to these Terms, including returns, refunds, chargebacks and investigations.
Commission arising from transactions that breach these Terms is not payable.
21. Changes to the Program
TSF may change:
- commission rates;
- attribution periods;
- Creator tiers;
- Program benefits;
- gifting arrangements;
- eligible products;
- campaign rules; or
- these Terms
from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated to Creators or published with an updated effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law.
Continuing to participate in the Program after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. No Employment Relationship
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint venture relationship between a Creator and TSF.
Creators participate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, registrations, reporting obligations, expenses and business activities.
23. Payments
Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment information through Growi, Stripe or another payment provider nominated by TSF.
TSF is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment details provided by the Creator.
Payments may be subject to verification, return periods, fraud review and applicable Program payment schedules.
24. Contact and Program Questions
Questions regarding attribution, commission, campaigns or these Terms should be directed to the THAT’S SO FETCH Creator Team through the communication channel nominated by TSF.
25. Acceptance
By applying to or participating in the THAT’S SO FETCH Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
